All of our courses start at 8:30 AM with continental breakfast served at 8:00 AM. It’s especially important to arrive by around 8:00 AM the first day in order to sign in and obtain your course materials.

Continental breakfast, buffet lunch and morning/afternoon snacks are provided daily by Kimball University. In addition, there is an informal reception with beer, wine, soda and appetizers from 4:30-5:30 PM on the first or second day.

While we try to make sure there are sufficient food choices for vegetarians in our meals, we are unable to cater to specific food requirements of our students. If you have food allergies or follow a specific diet not likely to be met by normal restaurant food, please make your own arrangements for food at our classes.

Parking at the class venues is the students’ responsibility. Kimball University does not validate parking.

Class Atmosphere
Kimball University classes are intense. Expect to be challenged, energized and exhausted by the experience. The days are necessarily long as there is a lot of information to digest. Don’t be surprised by homework.

We recommend dressing business casual to be comfortable. Climate control in hotel meeting rooms can be problematic, so we suggest bringing a sweater.

Ralph, Margy and Warren make themselves available during the class breaks and lunch to answer questions and talk with you. The days are long for them, too, so generally they are not available after class.
